I’m a grandfather again!
Last year, I wrote to you about one of the happiest milestones in our family — my daughter Amy’s wedding to Andy.
This summer, I’m overjoyed to share the next chapter in their story: on Thursday August 7th, Amy and Andy welcomed their first child — and my second grandchild — into the world.
Please meet Franklin Jude Taylor-Mumford, or Frankie as we’ll be calling him. He arrived weighing 7lbs 13oz, and both Amy and baby are doing wonderfully.
Thelma and I have loved every moment of being grandparents to little Eve, and we can’t wait to step into the role all over again with Frankie. There’s nothing quite like it.
Moments like these are a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. Yes, business and career matter — but ultimately, they are the means to an end: the freedom to create memories, to cherish family and friends, and to truly enjoy the life we’re working so hard to build.
