We’re pleased to announce that Insight Associates is now an authorised iplicit implementation partner.
We were an early adopter of the multi-award winning iplicit accounting software in 2019. In 2020, we became their first official partner, and since then we’ve provided iplicit’s cloud accounting solution as standard to all our clients.
Now we’re taking this partnership further by helping iplicit onboard new clients directly.
Introducing Carl Stark, Implementation Manager
To ensure the highest quality service, we’ve appointed Carl Stark as our dedicated Implementation Manager. Carl brings Prince 2 certification and extensive experience managing complex software implementation projects.
Working closely with iplicit, Carl will guide new clients through their onboarding journey, which typically takes around 20 days spread over three months. He’ll also train our team, helping us support all clients more effectively.
