Promotions within our team
We’re delighted to share some fantastic news from within the Insight Associates team, with two well-deserved promotions.
Cara Smith, who has been part of Insight since 2011, has been promoted from Senior Finance Manager to Associate Director. This achievement reflects her long-standing commitment, expertise and the outstanding support she provides to both clients and colleagues. Cara is a true asset to Insight Associates and we’re thrilled to see her step into this new leadership role.
We’re also celebrating the promotion of Charlotte Tarran, who has progressed from Finance Manager to Senior Finance Manager. Since joining Insight in 2024, Charlotte has made a remarkable impact, impressing clients and teammates alike. Her promotion is a testament to her hard work, professionalism and dedication.
