Different task, same dedication
Every day might be different, but Mihaela and Natasha approach each task with the same collaborative and flexible attitude. The pair provide practical financial management support to a number of Insight Associates’ clients, including Real Group.
“Our roles complement each other by balancing financial management with customer support,” said Mihaela. “We maintain regular communication and work collaboratively to ensure all client queries are handled efficiently.”
Making a real difference
The pair’s collaborative approach is particularly important when reviewing account and payment queries for Real Group, a business which provides educational and professional development services. “We ensure that both customer communications and financial records are aligned and up to date,” explained Mihaela.
Insight Associates has been supporting Real Group for more than 10 years. Natasha has been part of our Real Group accounts team since the start and has developed a deep understanding of their different income streams. “I draw on my extensive knowledge to support both my client contacts and colleagues at Insight Associates,” said Natasha.
Simplifying the complex
Providing a great client experience is a priority for both Natasha and Mihaela. As Assistant Finance Manager, Mihaela helps to simplify a range of financial processes for Real Group, including raising sales invoices, completing bank reconciliations and recording receipts.
Mihaela’s accurate financial records and reconciliations provide Natasha with the information needed to respond effectively to customer queries by phone and email.
“We make each other’s jobs easier by communicating clearly and sharing updates. This helps us deal with queries quickly and keeps things moving smoothly,” explained Natasha, who also handles purchase ledger activities and payment runs for Real Group.
The multi-tasking maestros don’t just make each other’s jobs easier; they make life simpler for their clients too. “Our flexible approach allows us to support each other across different areas of the account, helping to provide a consistent and reliable service to Real Group,” said Mihaela.
